Power Lunch
A high-powered cardio/weights combo class designed to cut body fat, increase muscle tone and improve overall conditioning. This class is for those with intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Core Yoga
A challenging yoga class that focuses on building, flexibility, strength and endurance. Beginners to advanced welcome.

Functional Ex
This class is for beginner to intermediate fitness level. You will do a longer warm-up, do step, weights and other bells and whistles to get you on the road to functional fitness.

Hip Hop - Come join the latest craze in the fitness industry. Your instructors will break down popular hip hop dance moves. A fun and entertaining way to exercise!

Butts & Gutts - Tone and firm glutes and abs in this intense class!

Pilates - Learn the basic principles of Pilates: Strengthening the core,
gaining stability, increasing flexiblity.

Power Yoga - Utilizing yoga postures, this class improves your flexibility, balance, strength and muscle tone. All skill levels welcome.

Pump & Tone - Weight training to music! This class strengthens,
conditions, shapes, and defines muscle. No bulking up, just developing
muscle tone!

Spin & Core - Spinning and core conditioning. All skill levels welcome.

Step - Great for all skill levels. Step your way to fitness in this fun class.

Kardio Kick - Improve muscle tone, increase cardio strength, and gain
balance using kick boxing style moves in this high energy class.

Yoga Inspired Stretch - Stretch, relax, and learn some beginning yoga postures. All skill levels welcome!

Step and Sculpt - The best of both worlds. Cardio training on the step, and strength training with weights. The perfect combination!

Latin Mix - An exciting mix of latin-inspired dancing and hi/low aerobics combined with core strengthening. Aimed to target the abs, back, and hips. Enjoy a fun way to tone up and shake your bon bon! All levels welcome, no dance experience necessary.

Body Ballet - This innovative class combines aspects of ballet, yoga and pilates. This class will improve your posture, balance, flexibility and strength. No previous experience necessary.

Cardio Blast - A combination of cardio exercises such as hi/low, step and Bosu work. You’ll never be bored in this fast moving class!

Spin - Straight up spin, spin, and more spin.

Bootcamp - Combining interval, core, and agility training, this class will have you rock solid in no time.

Qigong - Qigong, is similar to Tai Chi.  It is a conscious movement class for all skill levels designed to improve strength, release tension, increase energy and regain health. This class is a great way to reconnect to your body.
Wear loose fitting clothing and come w/ an open mind.”
